For these dates we accept applications for family discount funding: Applying for a "Limited Income Discount" is an even more affordable option and it is available for one activity per family each year.
Adult participation required: 2 child maximum per parent or legal guardian. Waivers required. Call to submit funding application. Application Deadline: 1 week prior to activity. We would like to offer more sliding scale discounts and scholarships on many guided tours and rentals but more funding is needed.

Summer into Fall: Safety Managed Rentals: Open daily, weather and water permitting.

Minimum to employ a guide and to not cancel tour: 4 seats in "Combined Reservations"
A second guide is needed to go above 8 seats and must be reserved a week in advance.
Bring your own kayak option: Private Paddlers have been injured or died at this location due to "not understanding where "never" to be. If our group is already going out, you may join our group for a reduced fee. Make and model of your own hard shell kayak and your own full outfitting, must be approved a week in advance. You must also remain with our group throughout the activity.

Wildlife and Marine Ecology Tours: June through September:
Water and Plankton Samples: Also taken with our "Living Classrooms" Science School Groups September through October. We take samples November through May during high ocean temperature events. Keep an eye out for last minute announcements. We enjoy sharing identifying microscopic and larger life in the estuary including for seasonal bioluminescence.
River & Marine Ecology: Most Fridays 10AM - 1PM: Adults $100 / Youth $70 / Kids $50
Wildlife and water samples. Identify tiny aquatic organisms, after we return by microscope.
Estuary Wildlife Nurseries: Most Sundays and Holiday Mondays, 10AM - 2PM: $120 / Youth $80 / Kids $60
